6 week Every Woman Core Restore.
All new clients start here with the Every Woman programme.

Enjoy 6 weeks of education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core, Nutrition and women’s fitness/wellness at whatever life phase you’re in.

The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus.

This 6 week programme is designed to teach you how to use your core and pelvic floor muscles effectively so you can move and function with strength and ease.

How to get started?

  • When you apply to join the program, you will complete a detailed questionnaire, to decide if this ‘conservative’ exercise-based programme is right for you or whether you need clinical attention.
  • I will then meet with you and go through a hands-on Pre-Screening which includes tests for your Core function so that we know where you are on your recovery journey and the programme can truly be tailored to your needs.
  • You will then be all set to attend for your first session where you’ll receive your Client Education Booklet and the items of fitness kit required for the course.
  • You will receive your login details for the HCR Online Platform via email which will allow you to log in and view your additional filmed homework and healing education film and colour recipe booklet.  Both homework and following the HCR Healing Nutrition Principles are an essential part of the puzzle and when followed will truly improve your results and the value you derive from the programme.  I will guide you through these principles to help you find simple ways for you to make a big difference to how you support your health via eating ‘just real food’.
  • This programme runs for 6-weeks and you will meet with me once per week and complete your online homework, which is approximately 10 mins in duration, guided by Jenny Burrell, the programme creator, a further  3-4 times throughout your week.
  • The Homework exercises are progressed and so over the course of the 6 weeks, as your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises will become more challenging.

As you can see, this is a detailed, fabulous programme that all women should do!

Once you’ve gone through the ‘Every Woman’ programme, ‘Heat’ is your next step and we truly take it up a notch or two with a change in music and tempo to truly get you moving but with a deep respect for your Pelvic Health.

This is a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.

I will continue to support you with take home homework, so you can continue to challenge yourself during the week with short, sharp exercise and good nutrition.

The original online homework and nutrition from the Every Woman course is still available for you to follow at any time.

You can choose to follow this programme after you have completed the Every Woman Core Restore Programme.

This is for women who want to return to or start more advanced fitness that involve running, jumping, impact and lifting weights in a heavy and dynamic fashion.

After carrying out our unique 4 – POINT DEEP CORE SCREENING, I will create a programme that is TOTALLY  bespoke to your needs and the activity that you want to take part in and gradually progress you towards your goals.

This is an ESSENTIAL programme for new mothers who want to get back to running and lifting weights and anyone who has experienced any amount of leaking when they progressed to a more dynamic programme.

The original online homework and nutrition from the Every Woman course is still available for you to follow at any time.

HRC_DiastasisSpecialised Program: Holistic Core Restore Post Natal

If you have had a baby, no matter how long ago and you have a Diastasis Recti or feel disconnected to your Core and/or Pelvic Floor then HCR Diastasis is the programme you’ve been waiting for.

A six week course that will help you to start healing from the inside out:

  • The programme starts by improving the basics of posture, alignment and breathing
  • Building on these three important elements, we start to introduce pelvic floor and core connection exercises (not a sit-up in site)
  • Each person will see different results, some finally feel a connection to their pelvic floor and core muscles, others start to see a difference in their bellies.
  • The nutritional element of the course is of equal importance, changes to your diet toward heating whole, natural foods, improving bowel health and hydration can make a massive difference to your core and overall health.
  • You’re provided with all the exercise kit you need and a 28-page educational booklet to help you really understand the process and the facts about Diastasis.
