Day Retreats

A fantastic opportunity to fully enjoy all the aspects of a Pilates workout. The day retreats are held at The Studio, a peaceful environment for you to enjoy your day. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going, you can take breaks and drinks whenever you need.

A typical Retreat would run as follows:

  • 9.45: Arrival and welcome
  • 10.00am: Start with full body warm-up & progress onto key releases to remove tightness and enhance movement
  • 11.00am: Move onto a focussed Pilates and movement  class
  • 12.15pm: Finish with Meditation and Relaxation
  • 1.00pm: Lunch
