What do I wear to Pilates?

Pilates is done barefoot or in socks. Wear something that you are comfortable in, normal exercise clothes. No jeans and avoid zips and buttons in the waistband.

Do I bring my own mat?

Mats, head support and other equipment are provided in all of the classes, but you are very welcome to bring along your own mat.

How many people are in a class?

Classes in the studio in Churchside Arcade are no more than 12, Hillmorton, Dunchurch and Church Lawford can have up to 20 people in a group

If I pay for a term and miss a class, can I carry it over to the next term?

When you pay for your Pilates classes, you are paying for a group of classes that take place in that block of time.

If you miss a session during that block, you are very welcome to make up in another class across the timetable, within the same block.

We cannot carry classes over or give credit for missed classes.

Can I pay as I go?

We offer ‘pay as you go’ option in the Dunchurch and Church Lawford classes. You get the best results from attending a class consistently and it can feel very rewarding when you work on developing a skill over a series of weeks and then feel then improvement by the end of a block.

I have been recommended by my Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath or Doctor to attend Pilates, how do I know this is going to work for me?

We work with lots of local therapists and doctors in the Rugby area. We can talk to your health practitioner or read notes/test results and tailor the session so you can work within your ability.

All of the instructors are well qualified to deal with many common back, shoulder, foot, knee, hip….complaints.
